Signs not prominent..not too easy to find but it’s a cheap.Cheaper compared to cafes down in town.Service was surprisingly fast and the place is interesting.Very friendly owner.Food was fresh and good although not many choices .it’s quite a climb up the hill, though.

The owner was a little overwhelmed when we visited but, he was managing all the dining guests well by himself and very very friendly. Fantastic spot just outside of the Tourist swarm. Great food and great prices. Would highly recommend.
Laid back place, not touristy at all. Got the charred chorizo (it is being burned at the table), and the cod. Both were very good. The sangria is also tasty.
We visited Casa das Minas after reading the lovely tripadvisor reviews 🙂 It really is a tranquil place with beautiful views over Sintra. Great value prices and a simple menu. The waiter was friendly with great English, just a nice little spot for lunch!
It’s a very Nice place with a stunning view. The service was warm and local. We tried the typical Portuguese food and it was without complains. I highly recommend Casa Das Minas.
