More than a restaurant, A Terra is a way of life. Inspired in Mother Natures products and returning to the origins and to what is pure and genuine. We invite you to visit this warm and engaging place.where one is served with love, and the food is prepared with both expertise and great passion. A Terra is a restaurant with homemade, delicious, healthy food. Conceived as a place for sharing, with a continuous service, it uses many local ingredients. Rustic life is back to nourish ones soul with the warm comfort of things that are close to ones memories: aromas, textures, colours, flavours, melodies, sensations, stories... all lifes familiar ingredients that make us truly happy. The wood oven and the Josper are the main actors: pastas, pizzas, bruschettas, various roasts and grills prepared in the Portuguese traditional style, are some of the things you can taste. Additionally, the A TERRA proposes fresh salads, rice with local vegetables and herbs from the aromatic garden, gratins and others. Sharing continues through dessert, when we suggest sweet pies, homemade ice-creams, banana Josper and last, but not the least, a rich, flavourful expresso. Bread is one of the restaurants central features. Baked in a wood oven you will find fresh bread all through out the day: from early morning till late afternoon. When outside the restaurant, take some time to relax on its lounge and to visit the aromatic garden. Visit our lobby market to buy some of the products and utensils used in the restaurant or other local delicacies.
