Cais da Sardinha, the Oasis of Ponta Delgada Cais da Sardinha is a lounge and relax place, located in an old pier, with a Premium location, on Infante D. Henrique Avenue, in Ponta Delgada. It includes a bar and a restaurant, with a privileged view over the south coast of São Miguel Island and over the sea. The surroundings are selected and the music is relaxed. In here you can enjoy from a magnificient ambience on the esplanade or at the interior of a awning. At the weekends, we present theme parties, with a DJ ou live music.Details

Terrible service. Total shame considering the view is spectacular. Took nearly 2 hours for dinner, we had to chase down our server to pay after waiting nearly an hour. Stay away!!
We had our last dinner in Ponta Delgada and enjoyed the views. We weren’t super hungry so had wine, carrot soup, and dessert (pineapple which was so sweet and perfect as well as passion fruit cake). Nice place on the harbor.

We have been here quite a few times. Lino goes out of his way to make special drinks just for you. We have lived being able to read and relax whilst enjoying the views.
