The "Mercearia do Prato" has been developed, with the main base a taste for sharing, elegance, sensuality, simplicity and innovation in the production and creation of the dishes. It is intended to "Mercearia do Prato" reconcile the old ingredients and the Portuguese tradition in the art of cooking, blending new flavors which in its combination cause various sensory reactions. The visual satisfaction to see the appetizing food, the olfactory stimulation of their pleasing smells and the tactile gratification afforded to oral mechanism by rich and tasty dishes, tend to lead to a state of euphoria resulting in each of us the feeling of good fork . Always looking to innovate and experiment, the "Mercearia do Prato" creates and designs in various areas. We transform the said ordinary dishes in innovated dishes. They seem always something different and even the simplest becomes more attractive. At the same time, we sell products designed by us for the day to day. We also features a garden that produces vegetables and more fresh fruit free of any chemical. We have partnerships with small producers as we respect nature and offer products with high quality and without the addition of any chemicals.
