About
The Al Dente Ristorante is situated near the walls of Buarcos, one of the most beautiful and emblematic places in Figueira da Foz, where the sea offers us its energy and beauty throughout the year. The best raw materials are at the heart of our cuisine, as well as the use of classical techniques to enhance the flavor of the ingredients chosen according to the season. In the preparation of these specialties it is essential to use light but not unusual products, so the flavors can be enjoyed entirely. This requires a substantial amount of balance, in order to give a modern identity to our plates.Details

We went to Al Dente twice! Both times delicious food and the staff is very friendly. They speak very well English and French! I loved the pasta Al Dente and the Risotto. My husband the pizza seafood and pasta! Don’t forget to eat a desert!
Staff were friendly and attentive- spoke English which was very much appreciated- both salads were fresh and flavourful- view is beautiful- good experience overall?
The view was excellent and the service was ok. The chicken served was slightly raw so I did not eat that bit. I found it too expensive for the quality.
The fried calamari were really good and tasted fresh. The view was very good being the beach and the sea.
The Food. The Wine list. The Lemoncelo. The People working. The Music. The place. Take time. Taste the food. The wine. Next the desserts. The nespresso coffee.
Nice place for italian food, had a tasty couvert with cute little warm home made bread. Would go back again but probably would prefer to pass by during the lunch to enjoy ocean view.
