Large deli shop selling Presunto and Cheeses, plus cafe/bar next door with lots of tables inside and out. On the main square near the Cultural Centre. Friendly staff, but not much English spoken here!
Good service, good value, portuguese like, with locals and amazing taste. I have been there for several times. Always eat a soup home made like, mini chicken pies, and ham sandwiches. Never leave without buying some teas and ham from them (the store next door).
If you would like to try some exclusively Portuguese delicatessen – you should come here. Cured ham and meats to suit all tastes. The place is very popular with the local population – so can’t go wrong.
If you like ham and you like cheese, this is the place to eat everyday of your life. And buy some more to eat on your way back.
