Our main product is tapioca, a Brazilian crepe made from the manioc root starch. Due to its neutral flavour, the tapioca may be served with both savory and sweet fillings. The tapioca crepe is a gluten-free* healthy dish, highly recommend by athletes and nutrition professionals for its qualities. * Though tapioca is naturally gluten-free, we cannot assure there won't be gluten residue on your dish, because we also prepare and serve french crepes at our shop.
