It started with selling braai chicken in the grounf floor to a well and good restaurant in the 1st floor.
Very decent food at very decent price. You cant have it all, it is not French gastronomy but grilled chicken is their specialty, go for it. 10 minutes walk from central Coimbra, near the river.
We had dinner at this restaurant. We ordered beef steak for two. The portion was big but almost un-eatable. We were offered some of their chicken, which they are very proud of and it was better. Service was very good and the price, reasonable.
The restaurant also offers take away, we stayed in an apartment nearby and we ordered the chicken several times. Also the spare ribs we delicious!
