We first oppened to public on April 24th of 2009, but the first brews started in 2001.Praxiss came up with an idea of giving back to the city an old tradition of Brewing, taking advantage of the amazing properties of Coimbras Water.The Bremaster carefully selects all the ingredients (malts and Hops) in order to have a 100% Natural Brewing Process with a lot of Time to Make it. If you curious about it, you can visualize here all the Stages of the Brewing process.We have always available 4 of our beers:Weiss, Pilsener, Ambar and Dunkel.Praxis its also a Restaurant with great Steaks, Fish and Seafood
