About 3 meters from the Pilory - one of the symbols of museology of Constancia at the Square Alexandre Herculano, is situated "O Cafe da Praca". It does not serve food; only cafeteria service: sandwiches, toast, pressed mix toast. But the product that distinguishes the Cafe from the others is "Queijinho do Ceu" (little cheese from the Heaven)- The conventual sweet cake of Constance, consisting of a cilindric box of almond and egg sweet inside of it.This cake has been awarded several times in contests of conventual sweets in which the Nuns Clarissas (Santa Clara de Assis Order) have participated.
