Very nice Picados and pregos, some traditional/snack food in his best. Good atmosphere and very friendly staff.
We went for a quick dinner. But the food was mediocre and boring. We had far better food elsewhere at the same price – with free pick up service. But the staff was very friendly and it was an easy walk from Hotel Vila Baleira.
This restaurant is a bit out of the way from the main town but was close to our hotel. The meal was very good, the service very attentive, and the decor was charming.
I had the garlic bread and grilled octopus. The garlic bread was the best I had in Madeira and the octopus was the best I had ever had.
It just has a very authentic vibe, with very friendly staff, fast service, and great food at cheap prices. Nice place to hang, drink and eat.
