This is a lovely traditional restaurant serving some of the best food we have eaten on the island. My husband had the squid and it was excellent. We will definitely be returning.
Sopped here for a coffee and chestnut cake they had some sort of liquor not too sure what it was but it looked good to have with coffee
A cozy and very personal place. Great food, excellent service and a wonderful “live” wine card. Go! You will even experience the most exceptional pictures road to the Nuns Valley. Free shuttle forth and back to Funchal!
Excellent food, original, well prepared. We had chicken on a pin, and octopus in onions. Not Standard.
Excellent friendly local restaurant with delicious BBQ food. Very reasonable prices for food and drink. Situated in eucalyptus forest with lovely views of mountains and Funchal. Very refreshingly Madeiran. Would highly recommend. Best experience of the holiday.
