We came in a little early for lunch (noon). The staff was very attentive and the food was very tasty – we got the tomato soup and grilled fish – both well prepared.
This place is out of the busy street but near the promenade. The food had average quality for high price. The service was quick for Madeira standards. Not worth the visit – nothing special but eatable for hungry tourists.
O Pátio is situated in a secluded garden in central Ribeira Brava. Home Madeira hamburgers, lovely fish dishes and great barbecue meat. The place is very affordable and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend this establishment.
A must try is the tomato soup served with a poached egg in the centre, my husband had ribs for starter then picado a type of beef bourgigon, I had salmon, wine water and cola, all delicious and under €30
