Traditional restaurant with traditional oven (with wood) that's used for the main dish like "Francesinha", Pizzas, Bacalhau, starters, etc. We were the first restaurant doing the "Francesinha" in the wood even in 1995 and we sent more than 2 months tasting different sauces until get the actual one that's have a very good balance.
