I have visited twice and have been impressed. Service is very good. If you are ever lucky enough to visit this beautiful part of the world then top it off by visiting here.
It took a while to reach this place with a magnificence view to Douro river. The food was excellent and the owner extremely friendly with very nice suggestions for future visits. I’ll certainly return to the Cais da Estacao!
Get here by rail, road or boat. Either way the food is great. Service good and plenty of atmosphere. Extensive and reasonably priced wine from the local area. Have been twice now and will visit again. Limited menu but fresh as you like.
We ate here when we took a boat for a week it was wonderful service and great food, nice local things and fresh ingredients they make good coffee too the setting is amazing
