Our specialty is the roasted suckling piglet in eucalyptus wood, following all the rigor that the traditional method of Bairrada demands. Our piglet is carefully selected and brought to us by our Bairrada supplier, guaranteeing the highest quality. This is prepared and roasted by Bairrada professionals. Baked in clay ovens and with Eucalyptus wood in order to respect the whole tradition. Everything is taken care of promptly and with all the detail and the tasty sauce is just another example. We also have take-away service. But our menu is not only made from the roasted suckling piglet, and we leave here some examples of the delicacies of traditional Portuguese cuisine that can be found in our restaurant. Fish: Z do Pipo Cod, Lagareiro Octopus, Hake fillets with mashed potatoes. Meat: Tenderloin with mushrooms, Picanha with black beans, Beef steak and pork. Wines: The best national grape varieties of the various demarcated regions of the country highlighting the wines of the Bairrada region.
