Found this restaurant behind our hotel and glad we did. The food was excellent, serves were generous and the service very good. A relaxed atmosphere and quirky decorations on the wall. Would highly recommend for a great meal and good wine.
Just a lovely little restaurant, we had the flambé chorizo and tempura prawns. Then a huge pot of monkfish rice that had loads of clams, prawns and mussels too,a real treat. Can barely move now.
We had a fabulous evening here. The food was delicious and the service perfect. Sadly it was closed on the following Tuesday so we couldn’t enjoy the experience again.
Last time the restaurant was good, now it’s even better. New deserts brought me joy and new flavour to my mouth. An experience to repeat, over and over again!
Nice waiters and service, really good and well served food and a big variaty of wines. I will come back to Portugal and go straight to Viana do Castelo to eat at Cogumelo Vermelho.
