This place was recommended by the folks at Quinta Seara D’Ordens, and they gave us good advice. The soups and appetizers were especially good, and they had a huge wine list (specializing in Douro Valley wines).
We ate very well at this restaurant. The quality of the food is high and everything was well presented and cooked. You won’t be disappointed. The only negative thing is that it is quite expensive for Portugal.
Once in the Douro Wine Country, in Portugal, one should drive to Vila Real and dine at this excellent restaurant. Creativity is a must, as well as quality of products and service. The restaurant has an outdoor table area, good for summer.
