Having been a regular customer at their Nuaija branch I attempted trying the pies from this outlet. Unfortunately, they have zero concern for food handling safety and hygiene.Saw the ‘chef’ picking his nose at one of the tables when I entered, and once I placed the order he just walked up nonchalantly to the open kitchen and started assembling the pies without washing hands or using gloves.I agree this happens in every other restaurant anywhere but this kind of food handling is clearly evident in an open kitchen. Complained to the reception and got my money back. Washed my eyes once back home and am trying to forget this incident ever since. 3 days now and still trying.
Very disappointed with my 3rd order with these guys! Delivery late. He didn’t get any bill. When I asked for the bill the driver lied to me saying it’s in the car? Then the delivery guy pulled the food bag from me n ordered me to call Antakya Wakra branch. When I called them, they told me that I should ask for a bill as well while placing an order? How dumb can that be? HahahaAll the places that we order from has always provided us with a bill. RidiculousU just can’t talk n behave like that to the customers. Rule no 1 in the hospitality industry is customer serve, if u can’t do that ur NOT FIT TO RUN UR BUSINESS Ordered Bukhari Meat and Mix grill from here.. it was a good experience and the protion size was good enough.. Lamb chops in the grill was very small in size and dry, it has to be tender and moist.Loved their bread and they are quite generous in giving them.One of the restaurants in al Wakra that we would definitely order our food. Delivery was on time!

Best Chicken Kofta aka kebab in Doha.. Period! I had also ordered other items like mutton kebab & shawarma plate but that was not upto the mark. However u r not going to regret a nice plate of chicken kebab
Muttabal with BBQ chicken n mixed grill is their delicacy. Express home delivery with immediate response is their goal. Can also try their pizza Slough you wouldn’t get the cheesy mode of dominos or Pizza Hut but still the Arabic essence adds to the taste. Cheers!!
