I ordered one shake and a protein bar and it took 30 mnts to serve it. Customer service was like they were doing me a favour by giving me what I ordered. Such a beautiful concept with huge potential handled this way, it’s painful to see. Would choose diet house or diet delight next time. Products are commendable. Should work on service a lot.
Expensive, tasteless and bland. The staff was quite bad too. The food also isn’t the same price as on the menu. They didn’t answer my questions on what i was putting in my body. Bad bad bad. Never again. Don’t visit guys. Don’t. The idea of a fitness joint however is a good one. Don’t mess it up.
Food delivery came 38 minutes later than it was pre-defined. And they will put the blame on you because their driver couldn’t find the location when I ordered daily from other providers and never had this problem.
