Most amazing ice creams with a perfect blend of ice cream and gelato. Just the right sweetness, this Qatari ice cream is a favorite! Love the cheesecake, biscotti and red velvet.
Although I am fond of some of the flavours, it’s the unpleasant customer service which would keep me from visiting again. Especially one of the female staffs is kinda snappy. She rudely yelled for money when we asked for toppings, as if we were escaping without a payment. Qatar is packed with incredible eateries, cafeteria & ice cream parlours, places we frequent with families & kids. There’s competition out there. I won’t be visiting or recommending this branch again unless the management considers hiring courteous & polite employees.
Staff is not very pleasant and smiling at all. Ice cream is also not up to the mark. I tried the chocolate cone. Not willing to make you taste with happy face. Pathetic
Checked out their Souq Wakrah branch on the night of the first day of Eid. There was a queue but it went on fast. Chose the Cheesecake flavor with nut topping. Service staff are friendly. Cheesecake flavor is just the right amount of sweetness.
