Not much for ambience, service or presentation, but the food really makes up for it. I had the lamb bukhary with reservations but it was all put to rest when I tasted the food. The rice was flavourful while the meat was incredibly soft. At just QR22, this has to be one of the most cost efficient rice meals. The only drawback was the tomato paste tasted rather off and old.
Fresh and warm breads (0500 to 1200 and from 1700 to 2300), generous servings of Hummus, Dal and Foul Medammes. The fish (deep fried) with bukhari spices and the rice they serve is also very flavorful. Value for money.
This place has been one of my favorites for long, and have been then on occasional times. Their bread is indeed good and fresh (though not what it previously used to be, i.e. complete crisp and thick), and worth the try. Their foul and lentils are also good dips to have along with their breads.
This is a street food restaurant. So don’t talk about cleaning or service. We were five ate foul mix , shakshoka & liver Taste was average but you will eat like a zombie :)This is a good experience you could have for breakfast. If you are a five star restaurant fan don’t try ever.
