Terrible service. Waited more then an hour and only half the drinks were brought out (and even some of those were incorrect) and still no food. No apologies, just excuses.
It’s a pleasant casual dine in. If you are a shawarma lover, try their sheesh tawook shawarma. They have perfectly cooked bar b q with Arabic touch. Outdoor catering is a good choice in winter season. I will definetly try this restaurant again.
الخدمة فوق الرائعة ، مشوياته جميلة ، الشوربة كانت ناقصها تتبيل كتيييييير والبطاطا الحارة سيئة جدا ومحطوط عليها حوالي ٢ كيلو ليمون لدرجة انه ضيع الطعم خالص ،، هما ميعرفوش انه كيلو الليمون في مصر ب ٤٠ جنيه!!مطعم كويس ومش بطّال يستاهل التجربة.
Went to south pearl on the quest of trying somthin new. Right in the middle of the street filled with restaurants ( a paradise for foodies), sits south pearl. The restaurant has a decent variety in their menu, and the staff is really helpful. We went with the popular favorite dishes; stuffed lamb: not my favourite, lackef in seasoning and was dry. But the shish tawook was the star of the night, the chicken was well made and juicy. And as we wrapped up the evening we received complimentary ice-cream. a perfect finish.Food 3.5/5 ; ambience 3.5/5 ; service 3.5/5.
Amazing location, meticulous service, courteous staff and the food was great. The mushroom steak was a bit thin but the prices were reasonable. Would be a lovely spot after sunset. Ahmed and Haitham were very helpful.
I had a dinner at this restaurant few days ago. It was very poor and the taste was not good. Also, their cc machine is not working, which is a big minus. The complete service is bad and we will never go back to this restaurant.
