Excellent food and ambiance, Value for money you will Worth spending evening at this Place. I had dinner with my friends here at this restaurant on my friend Birthday Party and what I noticed is the food was fresh and reasonably priced. I personally appreciate the food quality and restaurant.
I had ordered 2 cubed meat sandwiches and 1 chicken sandwich. However they delivered me 3 cubed meat sandwiches. So I called to make the complaint and the person who picked up was strongly refusing my claim. Somehow I managed to convince him and then I was asked to return all 3 sandwiches saying that he would send 3 new. After 45 mins of waiting again I was delivered only the chicken sandwich. I had to take back the previously delivered sandwiches from my colleagues and later return the same back to them which was embarrassing. Plus, I am allergic to mutton/ beef. If I had eaten the whole sandwich without noticing I would’ve ended up in hospital due to food allergy and the restaurant in a serious lawsuit. The management must ensure that the staff are attentive to detail more than this. I am a regular customer. My Zomato order history would prove it. But now I’m not sure I’ll order again from this restaurant.
Delivery was slow..Took more than an hour hence food was bit cold..Mix Grill was ok.Chicken pizza was not that great, could have been better..
