Not at all a good experience. Order takers are very rude. Better dont go for home delivery option. You will never get the item and upon checking you will have to listen their harsh voices.

Have been to this hotel once and twice had home delivery from them. Their Biriyani is a must try. One of the places where you get a real kerala taste. Kulukki Sarbath is one another attraction of theirs. Do visit.
