I was always fascinated by how colorful the restaurant is. Everyone can see that the blue-white decoration is eye-catching.We went there for dinner and decided to go for seafood and mixed-grill. The fish we ordered was super delicious and well cooked. The portion compared to the price is a bit small. We have also ordered the lamp kofta which was very moist, full of flavors and will cooked.The mixed salad plate was nice too. However, they could’ve add more optionsThe service at this branch wasn’t the best but I may give it a shot at suit waqif’s branch.

Just had our dinner at Aloosh and I have to say that this place didn’t get good attention by media as it’s such a great place to have authentic Iraqi food. The decoration is great and the welcoming drink were very nice. Food menu is quite diverse and the taste is great. In terms of prices they were very reasonable. Along with the tea we were surprised to receive a treat on the house which was very generous. Keep it up guys. Thumbs up (Y)
I visited Aloosh restaurant once and I had a good experiance with it.Masgouf and BBQ whole chicken were super yummy.Interested to try the Doulma dish next time.
Since we used to go on regular basis to Aloosh in Souq Waqif and we loved it, we decided to try the one in Salwa as well. Going for walks during the Qatari summer isn’t that appealing so we were happy that this branch has plenty of parking places just in front of the entrance. The interior is beautiful! Much nicer than the other Aloosh. Wood, turquoise decorations, arabic lamps. Spacious, bright, cosy. The food tasted just as good as in Souq Waqif, what a relief. Moutabal, fatayer and tea were perfect. The bill was higher than in the other branch – we’re not sure if they updated they prices everywhere or Aloosh in Salwa is more expensive. Anyways even the higher prices are affordable and it’s still worth going there. Food: 5/5Staff: 5/5Ambience: 4.5/5Price: Medium
Ordered home delivery tonight. My 1st time trying out Aloosh. Absolutely delicious. The fish and chicken meals were 1010. Will definitely be ordering again
