I have been there yesterday it was great chocolate experience i haveordered classic waffle with Godive chocolate it was so delicious the decoration was excellent price are good staff are polite trained and helpful
Ambience is beautiful located at the luxury court of the Mall of Qatar. Choice of menu is pretty good too. Service was average and must definitely improve for a cafe of this nature. We ordered the hot chocolate which was a great portion but very mediocre in taste. We also tried the chocolate fondue which was amazing. Could be cheaper though. The fruit accompaniments were brilliant too. Overall was a nice experience but prices need to come down as there is stiff competition in the luxury chocolate market in the same mall itself.
Some of the staff members were really rude for instance we asked one of the waitresses to change a coffee order right after she walked away from taking our orders and when we asked her to change it she just laughed rudely and walked away.. i’m sorry but we’re not in a fast food chain for the place and price we’re paying at this cafe the least we could get is good service . Plus almost everything is unavailable and sold out.
Nice staff , nice place – you really enjoy the seating are – I have coffee and shakes and its yummy – been there for several occasions and it’s totally worth my time
WARNING ⚠️ The place is expensive, but for chocolate lovers, there is no price that can be put on good chocolate, and those folks serve a damn good chocolate! I tried the shots, the chocolate covered strawberry, and their dark chocolate soft serve ice cream. All were excellent!
