Worst experience. Bad managment . They give the tables to only the peaple they like.as per the manager instruction the table beside the glass should not be given only to some ppl.not recommended at all. Even 1 star is not deserved.
Cappuccino was great! The staff is wonderful, Beautiful ambience and seating by the gallery makes it lovely all together! Had a great time! Definitely recommended!

Coffee with friends is always fun! We ordered an iced soy latte and a cappuccino. Both were good and the size BIG! Too big for us to finish. Great view of the food court/ mall and nice ambience.
Spiced Kesar Chai or Saffron Karak is a delightful tea blend. Stands as a majestic royal drink and is served to perfection at Icons. The Cappuccino was average. Kids loved the Cookie Cake though the portion size was very disappointing for that kind of price. Also the picture on the Menu is misleading with regards to the portion/serving size. The ambience is lovely – with those vibrant live performances at the Mall Of Qatar. Service is very very average.
