Place was good and clean, with friendly staff. But dinner buffet on 26/04/2018 was something which made my mind never to visit for dinner at least. Whatever I tried that day was not fresh rice, meat, kabab, salad even not soup. For dinner I will.rate only 0.5 just because I was trying to eat but couldn’t. Breakfast next morning was just amazing and tasteful. 3 star only for breakfast and staff at reception.
3rd class restaurant. We reached there and ask about the dining hall, which was almost empty. We were accommodated on a dining table which was neither arranged nor cleaned. The napkin were having stains on them. The ambience is pathetic. The food!!! I would say very bad cooked food. Main food on the buffet were very badly cooked. The fried fish was hard, even it was not properly cleaned, scales were on the skin. The only good thing was sweets. Waiters were very busy to care about the table & customers. Overall very bad experience.
We went after eid for a dinner buffet very very limited choices of food especially the main dishes service was no satisfying at all.. they were really in a hurry to remove all the plates as if they were just waiting for you to leavethe place is self is nice and there’s a playing area for children although the price was very good yet we probably won’t go again
I was surprised to see that there is no much rush even though their buffet price is QR 55 per head . Buffet selection was poor Buffet dishes are Boiled egg, medmas, grilled tomato, mashed potato , cereals, oats, salads ( which was not looking fresh ) , live cooking station for omelete. Also they have few pasteries which was not fresh According to me it’s too limited. In juices only tang and mango juice is also not cold , also they have lemon mint and grapefruit. Disappointed Now come to service. Staff was rude , service is so poor . I asked waitress for water and she asked me to go and take from their which is so rude and then when I told that I want at room temperature she bought hot water . Never again
Went for iftar buffet yesterday ..2 stars for the service and the kind staff ..1 star for the food .. needs a lot to improve compare to the 5 star hotel ..
*** Local arabic food***It was amazing experience to have buffet as they had wide varieties in Arabic foodLamp freekh was bestFishChickenEverything tasted great .
Went there on Friday lunch buffet. Seatings are good and clean, hospitality is really good and friendly. Now let’s talk about the food. The salads are really good, tried the hommos, mhamra, and pasta. The bad part was the main items in the buffet. The mixed grilled was just bad really bad. Tried also some grilled chicken which was also bad. They had chicken biryani which was ok. Bashamil was good. For dessert I had some fruit salad and some cakes which were good. Um Ali was below average to be honest.Over all it was not a good experience and for a 85 Ryals buffet I only liked dessert and salads which isn’t a good thing. They just need to find a way to keep the food warm and fresh specially the grilled items.
