We are the first and only speciality coffee shop in Doha, Qatar.Our love for coffee has led us round the globe and back again in search of the best and most interesting flavours, so that we can share them all with you.We are two friends who have been inspired by the unique places we've visited, the big personality and even bigger flavour through every door - the thrill of experiencing great coffee in great places.We decided it was high time to bring specialty coffee to Doha and share it with you. So open your mind and enjoy the experience of stopping off at the Empty Cup Cafe.THE BEANSOur variety of blends and single origin beans are sourced from specialty roasters from across the globe. We work tirelessly to provide an exceptional mixture of flavours for our drinkers, employing traditional and innovative brewing techniques where best suited.Getting the best out of our beans is our top priority.Of course we are not forgetting our roots. Traditional Arabic coffee differs from other blends as it is roasted much lighter and mixed through grinding with herbs and spices such as cardamom, saffron and ginger. Typically Arabic coffee is served throughout the day, after meals and at social gatherings, as well as of course at Empty Cup Cafe.Our coffee beans are seasonal, they will be single origin beans and premium blends that are all ethically sourced. We offer a highly selective range of coffee beans from around the world, roasted locally and served fresh.
