Went in graze to get a soft serve ice cream. Found the staff to be very unfriendly for the beginning. The ice cream was completely melted and when I questioned the staff about this they mentioned that this is how ice cream is supposed to be as it is “soft serve”. Overall I ended up spending QR 25 for melted cream!! The best the staff could have done was told me to wait as the ice cream was not fully churned yet. Instead they served me this melted crap and told me that’s how soft serve ice cream is supposed to be like. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

I tried the mango frozen yoghurt which comes in three sizes and your choice of toppings. I got the regular size which was Qr 20. It was one of the best frozen yoghurts I have ever had.

Staff ate having fun which makes me happy to interact with them and the food is great and fresh and the have Gluten Free food. I will go there again and again to try more varsities. I enjoyed the coffee and the cup color is so relaxing violet color. Very light shade. The marbles in the shop are amazing and the decoration is nice and adds to the experience.
This recently opened deli at Palm Tower, Westbay has a wide variety of fresh sandwiches, juices & coffee. I had an egg, mayo & rockets sandwich and an earl grey tea. It was good and palatable. The only downside to mention are the prices (but its common to any such place in the CBD).I wouldn’t mind going back for the bagels and salads :).
