  The chief is horrible, he is mistreating the customers his Name is Maher ( bold man), however the food is excellent, but if you have voucher like entertainer I don’t recommend you will be treated like you are beging the food not paying for it

  Extremely bad and horrible experience. The worst i ever had in Qatar. Yesterday we went a group of 7 people. We ordered 7 main courses around 4.30pm. Only 5 were served and the other two besides the escalation to the manager and staff were not delivered. By 5.15pm one of the missing plates was delivered wrong. By 5.30pm still waiting for the plate to be corrected and waiting for the other plate to be served. So five members of the group finished their meals and were ready to leave and two of us were still waiting to be served!!! Escalated to their useless and very offensive manager but nothing was done. He was very not professional. Escalated over 4 times and no actions taken. We were very angry and upset. Around 6pm we left with two of us didnt eat at all and the manager didnt even apologize or tried to rectify the situation. This is such a shame. This will definitely be our last time to come to this restaurant and we will never recommend it to anyone. It was not the food that was never served what made us so angry but it was the manager’s behavior and carelessness and offensive replies that really offended us.

• For The Love Of Good Food!

  This place is a hidden gem! The setting is spacious and classy. Staff extremely courteous. And most importantly genuine Arabic flavours.. We loved their Mixed cold appetizer which was fresh and crisp , mix BBQ platter, chicken and beef shawarma platter and kids loved the classic chicken pizza. It’s absolute value for money and a must visit in Doha. Also they have a kids play area to keep the little ones happy.. The outdoor setting looks amazing. Will try it in winter for sure with sheesha! Keep up the good work..

  Update:I finally made it to the underground parking of Sheraton Park. You should take the next exit after Sheraton, the one that takes you down the underground parking. Then inside there is a door with ticket (Huda will give you free exit). Then you should follow the signs the restaurant put allover the parking. When you arrive the bright and well decorated restaurant is really welcoming. If you have a kid he can play in a nice place next to you. No need to worry and go check on him every 2 minutes. Kids can play in front of the tables and trust me they chose clever games so they keep quiet and calm. The service is good and waiters are very friendly. The Food: almost all i ordered was tasty and very good. Prices are amazingly reasonable. the Falafel is slightly different than traditional one but excellent. The meat is excellent. Bakeries like manakish and kaak stuffed with cheese or chocolate for a sweet finish are premium. Fruits used for deserts are fresh. The overall experience is great and the old review is now from past. Previously / old review:I liked the food in delivery. Unfortunately their location is impossible to reach and they put no help signs clearly or any warning that they are accessible only by underground at Sheraton Park, from a Parking!! We turned around for 39 min in a Taxi. Was hectic and very frustrating experience. So bad we couldn’t discover the place that fed us for 1 week at office.
