Nice restaurant with great views. Tried both the Brunch and a dinner. Food was good on both occasions. Except for the Peking duck and chicken rice station for the brunch all other dishes were nice. The price could have been different for the alcoholic and non alcoholic buffet options.
it is my first time having brunch at JW, and i had and awesome time with my sisters even thou the place is really quiet but the view and services we had yesterday was really great, non stop service from the staff and we get to greet the Chef it self and made us nice pastry out from the menu special from the chef which is really nice, overall we had a really great time and for sure we will come back again.
We went for the brunch to celebrate our friend’s birthday. Big mistake! Service is really slow and just bad – drinks and water were served after 40 minutes, food even later; wrong menus on the table, uninformed staff.Food was tasteless, brisket chewy, shrimps without any salt still to be peeled. Everything was pretty greasy and low quality. Even desserts didn’t save the day – weird combinations, forms and taste – I could only recognize donuts which were really dry, the rest till now it’s a mystery.Very expensive considering quality, with bad service and no atmosphere.
