The restaurant started by offering kunafa and shawarma only along with different drinks such as tea and coffee.Now they offer full menu for lunch and dinner.I highly recommend the kunafa as it taste really good.
The worst experience of mine in this restaurant is because of their staff named Adam, He is very rude with customers. Unfortunately I had to step in to this restaurant getting attracted to their ambience in their Katara restaurant. And a staff from this restaurant named Adam was very rude with us since the beginning. His behaviour was such that, he is making us the favour by serving us food . I actually couldn’t trace the reason for such attitude towards customers. Possibly it would be because We were not Arabs, And the food was also not great though. It was less than the average. Would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.
They allow for smoking inside an airconditioned place! Dishes are small in portion. Service is so-so. Music too loud. Food was good. Will not recommend.
Horrible service. Order delayed and server changed several times and keep forgetting order. We had to ask for each and everything several times. After paying more than QAR 300, they serve u as if u have ordered nothing.
Excellent food with amazing arabic and middle eastern taste, the kunafa and the sweets are great, and the shisha is very nice there. Highly recommended
I and my family have been to this place several times. This place was earlier called as kunafa and albisana and later after around a 3 months of renevotation is now called as just Al bisana.Every visit of ours we have had a kunafa here as they serve one of the best kunafa in town. The crispy kunafa they have is superb but the soft kunafa is the best.The kebabs r not too spicy and are soft and quantity is just perfect.Even their cold appetizers are well presented and fresh always.Overall, a lot of options on the menu.Although the prices r on higher side, but honestly as compared to all other restaurants in katara, this is the cheapest restaurant. After the food, take a stroll by near by beach which is just a 3 minute walk.
The staff were quite nice and helpful at the start but that too went downhill as the evening wore on as I feel they were just overwhelmed.
