Is this a club in a 5 star hotel or in a circus ?I never wrote any bad comment but this time its a must! We called 4 times on 2 consecutive days to ensure that Thursday’s party didn’t require any membership or entrance fee and this was confirmed repetitively! When my friends got there we were surprised with 250 ryal entrance fee! They asked to see the manager who replied that this was a decision made 10 minutes ago and nothing can be done about it! I tried calling management and they asked us to wait for a reply! 12 hours have passed and no reply till now! Such an unprofessional club and manager ! Mondrian you better level up your customer service!
