My favorite place to go. Great for drinks, dinner with friends, date or to celebrate, one of the best brunches in Doha with new menu each Friday. Amazing, friendly staff. Even if some of dishes were a miss, it is the most consistent restaurant in town. Just love it!Brisket is to die for!

The service was amazing, we were served some complimentary starters which were quiet good ! -Heirloom Apple & Endive Salad: endive & apple cut Julian with few Julian cut dates & dressed with pomegranate molasses, it was fresh & tangy, was nice !-Young Organic Chicken: Chicken strips kept on a bed of veggies mixed in gravy, it was nice, chicken was tender !-Tagliatelle Pasta: At first it was served quiet cold which i don’t prefer my food to be cold, after serving it again it was still just a bit warm, i altered the sauce from white to bolognese sauce, didn’t liked it, was lacking flavors, was very much bland !-Banana Cream Pie: i had quiet expectations from this dessert but sadly i didn’t liked it, it lacked flavors, felt bland but had a weird taste at the same time !-Dark Chocolate Soufflé: Sadly it was a total no, didn’t enjoyed it at all !
The staff was really good and polite . We went during Eid and were really excited to try out the food . The choices were limited and the main courses which we ordered weren’t as expected . The higight was ofcourse the chocolate souffle .
The steak was unbelievable. Try to stay away from any other thing in the menu. We also had chicken and a salad that were less than normal. The food took way too long. They never did refill our glasses with water. In the end I ordered one of Wolfgang signature dessert dishes. But was told that it would take so much time and was encouraged to order something else. Favorite menu item: well-done tomahawk steak. 3/5 Food2/5 location3/5 staff5/5 restaurant design $$$$ price
Me and my husband were well impressed with CUT, best service, best fine dining, a place to feel completely relaxed and spend ample time with each other. We went for a Bed and Breakfast at Mondrian Doha, I would say this place is the most modern sophisticated luxury stay in Doha. The food at CUT is completely healthy and appetite pleasing. We would always come back for this amazing experience, thanks to all who served us and took lovely pictures. Keep up the good food and service!
The CUT experience really was a cut above the rest. Fine dining at its best. The service was outstanding, one of the best I have received in Doha. I tried the business lunch and next time will also try a la cart for more options. The mini burgers certainly looked very popular.
