We ordered on Saturday our breakfast , it wasn’t pleasant to receive this meal. One cutlery was missing, sausages were dry and even looked not fresh! I know how is nice when I have my breakfast in restaurant but was disappointed with delivery
I visited this restaurant quite a few times before and I didn’t face any issue. Today, I visited again, now with guests. I was the first on queue waiting to be seated and behind me were my guests. I asked if there are available table outside, instead of entertaining me, I was asked to wait for a minute. She then approached my guests (white people) behind me, and asked if they already have a table. When we told her that we’re together, that’s the only time we were ushered to our table. No apologies or whatsoever. The experience would’ve been better if i wasn’t discriminated at first. Too bad i didnt get the name of the lady.Would I still go back, probably not in the near future.

Went here for a Saturday afternoon brunch with a group of friends and ended up ordering a wide variety of dishes. We got the mushroom melt burger, the cheddar omelette, the mac and cheese, the bacon n’ eggs benedict and the fiery chimichurri steak. To be honest, nothing was bad (though the steak was a bit on the tough side despite being medium) but nothing really stood out either. It didn’t seem like a particularly fantastic brunch. However, the ambience and service was top notch!
Thought of catching up with some friends for a real good breakfast and we decided on Eggspectations. Went in with high expectations and it turned out to be a not so pleasant experience. The ambiance is decent and we sat inside as its quite hot outside. I ordered the Southwest sunrise from their Omlette selection and it was pretty good, only thing being the potatoes were not fresh and felt like re-fried ones. One of my friend ordered the eggs benedicts and it was good. Then came the chocolate chip pancakes which my other friend ordered along with kids portion of the pancakes for her kid. First of all there were only few Choco chip garnished on top and not inside the pancake. The problem was with the taste as the pancakes had a raw acidic taste like of baking powder. We were some discomfort on the table too plus the service was not all attentive throughout our meal as we had to look for servers attention at multiple times, no bread served on the table, had to wait long for getting someone to take orders and also no checkback was done. Finally we had to ask for the manager who came over to the table and listened to our concerns. He was quite understanding and apologized for the experience and also took back the pancakes but I didn’t feel the reason for the bad quality of the pancakes was right. We were told that they use only their packed mix for the pancakes coming from Canada. Why would we go to a breakfast place to not have fresh pancakes, instead have pancakes made of a pre-mix. When we can get the same from a supermarket. We didn’t order anything else as that put us off. Portion sizes were ok but the pricing is high for the product and offerings.Ambiance – 3/5Service – 2/5Product Quality/ Presentation – 2.5/5Taste – 2/5Portion Size – 3/5Value for money – 2.5/5
Decided to come here for a weekend breakfast. Had heard great things about this place and it lived up to the hype. Great options to choose from and amazing portion sizes.
