The Egyptian style restaurant is located in one of the best locations in Qatar, in a spacious area with smoking & non-smoking areas and separate area for TV programs audience, decorations are amazing and the staff are polite and helpful. Mutton lovers will for sure love this diner for their grilled items and various mutton options, salads are amazing and tasty. Desserts are yummy and delicious especially the oven pumpkin which was the best ever and hot drinks were so special as it takes you back in time to the popular Egyptian mood. Their rates are moderate but I wish they consider beef to be included among their platters.

Khan Farouk is a nice place to dine in authentic Egyptian Food, they have variety of dishes with wonderful live traditional music and very nice ambiance.
Amazing food and good atmosphere. The closest I’ve seen in Doha to authentic Egyptian food. Great and friendly service also. Definately one of my favourite places.
Egypt, it was great tasting your cuisine yesterday! I missed the kushari, taamiah and aish and i enjoyed having them yesterday. The food was great, the ambiance was lovely and the service was attentive and timely. It was a great experience all in all.
Its the first time i visit Khan Farouk, an #Egyptian restaurant set in #katara. Its a big restaurant with a simple design, wooden chairs and tables. Waiters are nice and friendly dressed egyptian jelabeyas. We had a collection of appetizers and mains. The tahini was good, fool and #falafel were great. Lentil soup is amazing. My only let down was the pigeon stuffed, it was cold and didnt taste great. I will try another time to be fair. All in all i recommend the place.
