I have missed Greek cuisine since last summer in Marmaras Chalkidiki, and last night had the chance to have an excellent dinner.The best octopus I have tasted so far, being outside of Greece! Served with on a perfect olive oil oregano and cappers base, which tasted authentic Greek island.Ordered as well the kopanisti, the tarama and the giouvetsi with the prawns. The giouvetsi was cooked perfectly al dente and the freshness of the tomato and the herbs was unbelievable.Apart from the Greek food, I tried the avocado salsa. Not to be missed if you visit.Mabrook to Marsa Katara for this authentic Greek dinner experience and the one million dollar worth of service!
This restaurant was really good,the food, service everything was just perfect.Their menus is interesting, they also serve shisha and the view is the best part.The only bad part was the annoying jet skis and their lunch menu which Is limited.but Definitely visiting again for dinner or just shisha and afternoon tea.
I have been to this place twice for dinner. Had a great experience both times. The ambience is really relaxing and the staff is super nice. I love their starter bread!! You get to taste different kinds of it and its fresh!The food is good but over-priced in my opinion. After my visit today for lunch and reading the other customers’ feedback, I can’t see anything but a friendly and welcoming staff. Arabs or non-arabs staff handled everything right. My comment is to reconsider the portion of food for each dish. I tried kebab today and it was a bit salty that I didn’t enjoy much the meat taste. Yet, it was served on time with lovely presentation. My kid had pasta which was almost like Mac&cheese that was not worth the 65 QR! I give them 4 for everything I saw today and I believe they will be looking after everyone’s comfort as this app is meant to be for. I’m going back for breakfast to try their menu and give another feedback for different timing experience.
Food was good ( traditional pie) and a relaxing atmosphere. Drinks are over price and serving not worth the price. But the staff ( lady) ignore the customer ( was trying to ask), I said excuse me, but she just walked away. I did not get the name on the name badge). Customer service is poor.
I went last Wednesday to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The place is very beautiful and clean. As well as, the staff are amazing specially one Egyptian guy his name is Ahmed. He was so good and take care of our table. However, I gave them 3 out of 5 for two reasons; the menu is so limited and there is no advance preparation for any occasion as I called them before to do special arrangement to my husband’s birthday. The lady who answered my call said that there is nothing to do only to write happy birthday on the desert plate.
Beautiful setting with great views of Doha’s skyline. Highly recommend the chicken soup and the free range baby chicken. Only negative aspect was the chef constantly yelling as it’s an open kitchen.
