One of the best brunches in the town We went with kids and enjoyed a lot the food sweets playing area and face painting The food quality was perfect as usual variety of the appetizers was good to go for more than one round however the main courses are fairly limited but still ok Staff was very helpful and welcoming us the two boys enjoyed a lot in the playing area It is not strange when you call them Monday to book in their Friday brunch to find it almost fully booked 🙂
Visited on a Thursday night. It has some good ambience but to be honest, there weren’t many options in the buffet which was disappointing. Nothing special, nothing great.
I wanted to try this restaurant from long like literally, at last tried it today,there new year lunch buffet!To be honest i got totally disappointed, at first they had very small spread as compared to many restaurants I’ve tried, for 350 qr i am not expecting roasted potatoes, carrots , sweet potatoes , sprouts , beets and thats it ? Like literally 5 dishes kept for main course were just these! No pasta station or pizza or anything at least ! Ive tried a ton of good lunch or dinner buffets with less price and a good food spread !Other thing the service, it was worse then ever, i don’t expect this service from a hotel like Ritz Carlton to be very honest, every time i had to call the waiters to clean the table, there were no plates at the counters had to roam here and there, when i went to grab the waffles i ordered at the station the chef asked me to bring the plate ? Like seriously ? And i had to go all the way inside the dining room to grab a plate because there were no plates in the dessert area !And then the worst thing ever happened to me as i was going towards dessert section, the lady(one of the staff) first asked me very awkwardly that did you sign the paper & i stood there confuse saying no, she said you have to i said ok? She asked me about my room no. And i said i am not staying here then she very rudely said “then you have to pay the bill”.. like seriously ? This kind of service and attitude from a restaurant in a 5 star hotel ?.. i felt very very bad that how can you even think i would leave without paying? Do you see my purse in my hand while leaving ? It just ruined my whole dining mood and i left “after paying” !I told the incharge there about what happened and he didn’t even bothered to ask the lady’s name, i could see how he wasn’t even caring !Over all everything was a disaster, the food, the spread, the service ! I left very very disappointed !
Just had the best brunch buffet in town at The Lagoon today. Well prepared variety of food and each one delicious. We had a very kind, smiling server Gaurav and lovely live entertainment. Recommended 100%
What an amazing experience Friday brunch was at the lagoon, this Friday they were having a Mexico City theme .There is an excellent choice and we loved the huge chocolate fountain , and avocado stationThe price may seem high, but loads of food options, excellent variety of drinks and a brilliant atmosphere with the excellent live band Service was GREAT! Super friendly, and for a moment I thought I might be in Mexico City
Been here for dinner for Spain National Day . Good food. Loved the dessert corner more. There were seafood station and non veg station. Chefs were very cooperative. They helped me to take videos of food. Wonderful outdoor seating. I personally spend my time over here.
