So went to this place a few months ago after it was recommended by a friend who plays there on the weekend. What I loved was the ambience at first and then the food which some of my colleagues carefully selected and then the Sheesha.I just loved it all, good crowd, food and music and that sheesha. You need to go here just unwind from the city crowd as the view is nice.

Walima is not only about the beautiful ambience but also delicious food. This place was recommended to me by a friend and I am glad he did so. I have always loved middle eastern food so I knew what to expect. I tried their lamb machboos, falafel, tandoor chicken tikha. I loved everything I tried and would especially recommend the chicken tikha. It wasn’t the same as we have it in India and the freshness of the taste was surprisingly good. No meal is complete without a dessert so I tried their cardamom and saffron mahalabia. I loved this as well.Walima has gold and as a zomato gold customer, I got 1 dish free, which added to my joy.I recommend walima to those who want to enjoy good food in a well decked up place.
Walima is one of the most exquisite restaurant in Doha. Having visited Doha for a short while, I had the pleasure to visit this restaurant for dinner and what an experience it was. Their extensive food menu inspired by the region was delectable. They had food for every taste buds. Their grilled meat and mezze platters are worth a try! While I didn’t have their dessert, from what I saw, if you have a sweet tooth, you are in for a treat. The ambience and the decor of the place heightens and dining experience and I would definitely go back their for some piri piri grill when I am visiting Doha next. I completely recommend this place and more so if you are a Gold Member, as you get Buy 1 Get 1 on food!
Lovely ambiance. Had a great time with friends, they have a great setup and a wide variety of International cuisine.
The food is good and I think it was the best decision to visit during winter. The outdoor seating is beautiful. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. I personally loved the chicken wings, but will definitely visit again and try more of their stuff.
