The place used to be well kept, but nowadays the quality has gone way down.The shisha is extremely dirty. When I have opened the top part of the hose, black and brown dirty poured out from it.Please take care of the quality more.I give the stars for decent service and that’s about it.
It is a very bad restaurant with stupid delivery stuff and they will stop answering your phone calls. The delivery boy sent the delivery to another place and ounce I tried to reach the restaurant they didn’t answer my phone call.
I have never been to a place with such bad service and rude staff. The food wasn’t good either. We ordered Pizza , salad and a kids plate. Never ever recommend this place.
Ordered pizza. I would rate 2/10 for the taste, 1/10 for service. Staff seems to be rude, when asked about time taken for serving the deserts. Maybe the rudeness has got something to do with our origins. Would never recommend! Good location and that’s the end of it.
Best place to have shisha. Great staff and nice seating. The staff is very friendly and cordial. The shisha is always smooth. Good seating. Best time is over weekends.
Worst cafe me and my friends went into. We’re planning to have a good time in Souq Waqif but sadly, our night was spoiled because of them. The server who assisted us isn’t competitive and does not even know their menu. We’re just looking for a simple Karak tea and he claimed that they don’t have one. We even mentioned that fine, we’ll buy this in another shop so we’ll just go with our other food order. But later on, when my friend has already bought our Karak tea, one of the other servers approached us and told us it is not allowed for us to take Karak tea from another shop, and worst part is, he approached us in a hostile manner. We just left the cafe and cancelled our orders as just because of a simple karak, they treated us this way. Worst experience ever. Their overall ambient is nice and I believe that customers will enjoy staying in their cafe but if their servers and the service is like this, customers won’t even bother to go back and check them out.
Terrible service. The waiters here are clueless about the food or even service. Average food. Pita was stale came wrapped in plastic! Doubt we would come here ever again.
