Very poor quality, used to be the best now not even worth the money. Shocked to see such food being served. With half empty plates not whats is advertised. Taste is bad and fish over cooked and dry. This used to be one of the best fish restaurants in Qatar.

This is a really old restaurant and my family has been eating from them for years! Its not a place where you could take your family in even though they have rooms with privacy but there is no comfort in there compared to Bukhari with the majlis seating.We love their majboos as its flavorful! Best one so far and that is the only reason we keep on going back! The management is a mess at occasions as it can take up to an hour sometimes to have your take out ready! Parking is also an issue as the markhiya food street is always jammed up! Wish they open more branches with more suitable seating for family and ladies!

Last place to have food here. I am here for lunch ordered for Hamour fish with makbos masala. Humour fish fillet grill and mutton makbos. Service at first looks good they served bread with mayonese and sauce which are fresh and good. Main course all 3 were salty and very difficult to eat. Fish fillet grill is not fresh and very chewy no taste. Mutton grill is average. Hummus is decent. Ummali tasted average and very hard. Worst experience since the time here in Doha.

The place is quite small, with a family section where they have provided curtain. The furniture too is not very comfortable.Starters – 3.5We order shrimp soup & chicken soup. The soup was okay, would not recommend; if you are soup lover; as this could spoil your mood for the food.We also order shrimps and calamari, both the dishes were well prepared, and tasted fresh (this is the USP for this restaurant). The shrimps were cooked well, and were neither too oily nor raw and they tasted good. We ordered a plate of crab. The crabs were the best of all, they were cooked really well, and tasted great. The crab meat is generally sweet, and the very well cooked to reduce the sweetness.Main Course/Sizzler’s – 3We order fillet Hamour with Biryani rice. The Hamour was good, and for the rice they had provided couple of options like Biryani Rice/Mandi Rice.The rice were a bit on the sweeter side (due to the onions)Desserts/Juices – 3.5We had order Lemon and Pineapple Juices. The lemon juice is quite sour; hence it would be recommended for people who prefer very sour juices.Note: Rice is served with any starters/Main Course you order. Hence place your order accordingly to avoid wastage.RecommendationRecommended for people who would want to have fresh seafood at a nominal price. The taste is not extraordinary but satisfactory.
