We had the worst time during our visit. The noodles are spoiled, the soup tastes like soap and chicken that still have feathers in it. To top it all up, the owner with a disgusting attitude. She never even offered a simple sorry. She hid in the mini supermarket of the same hotel (Le Park).During our visit, maintenance personnel was plastering and sanding the ceiling while customers are still eating and even mixing paint beside the buffet line. We never took another bite after this.We found that this restaurant is very incompetent and hoping that we should have called Baladiya to avoid this incident to other customers. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone but instead, tell them about this experience.

The owner Ms. May was very rude, clearly unprofessional individual referring our inquiry to her facebook page. A simple answer to our queries would have been enough given that we were the one who called her. She was clearly quite an arrogant person as she is not keen in establishing business relationship. Poor customer service. Poor business ethics. and Poor mannerism. Suggested to take our business elsewhere since we bothered her (a 2nd call) again. One has to keep in mind that in order for a business to flourish a competent and professional customer service is a must as since you are dealing with customers who have BASIC queries that your facebook page did not even hold. I wish you failure in your business as a reflection of your poor manners and arrogant attitude.
