We just ate here last week! I ordered pancit palabok with kutchinta. The palabok was already packed but since I want to eat it; I requested it to be served in a plate and make it hot. So what the cashier did was she removed it from the plastic pack and just dumped it in the plate and microwaved it. No presentation at all, eat it as it is, not even hot and blant taste. Lack of basic hygiene as the cashier was helping the cook with the food preparation at the same time handling money using the same gloves.

Located at the food court of Royal Plaza in Al Sadd. Contrary to most Filipino food spots in Doha, they take orders and you’d have to wait for 10-15 mins, depending on the dish ordered; good concept as you know food’s freshly-made. We ordered Beef Sinigang (sour soup -tamarind base), Sizzling Beef sisig, Chicken spring rolls, and palabok. Worth the wait!! The portions were really good (got a huge bowl of soup (good for 2) and all main dishes comes with rice! Good value! We only spent around QR 70 for everything we ordered. Definitely coming back.
It is basically a kiosk in the food court of the mall. I wanted to try filipino food so went there. I had no idea what to eat so I asked the attendent there for any ideas. He suggested a chicken dish with rice. I received three bits of chicken in a very oily gravy and boiled rice. It was okay. Different taste but not many herbs and spices used. Not warm enough. Probably will not come again. Had to eat with a plastic fork and knife which nearly kept breaking. Not enough food so had to go and get something else to eat. 20QR.
