We attended a birthday party in their banquet hall. Food was fantastic. We loved almost everything from the Hot & Sour Chicken Soup, Chicken wings ,beef coconut fry,Malabari Chicken Curry,Potato Mezhukkupuratti, Kadhai Veg to the salad bar. The pastries in the dessert bar were excellent. Chef Sojan was around interacting with guests and ensuring timely refill and even entertaining kids. The service was prompt and the hostesses were taking care of each and every one in the banquet hall. Absolutely satisfying an experience.Recommend to people looking for organizing parties. With Jithin Yadushyam

Ratings -1/5 Ambience: 1/5pretty much dead . Some sad music was going on and on ..Food : 1.5/5We ordered a spicy chicken pizza . Which took almost 45 mins to arrive .. and was salty than spicy ..First taste itself killed my mood pretty much . The 1.5 is only because We were extremely hungry.Service: 0.5/5Awful !! We sat on the right hand side . It was more like we didn’t exist ! If you cannot attend ppl sitting far , please ask them to sit where it’s more accessible . We don’t mind , we would love a little more attention .We had to wait for 15 mins for someone to come take the order . And then keep looking out , like giraffe if we could find someone to update on our food and take any other other ! The worst part is some guy in white , I guess it was the chef who was out for some reason had to tell them to go check on couple sitting on the right side ! Well I wouldn’t come here again ..hopefully never , even though they have the beverages I love ( bottled ones :p )

Ambience: depends on when you go. If you go in the afternoon you will definitely run into respectable clientele working on their fourth or fifth Kingfisher beer, chain smoking and having loud drunk conversations. If you go a bit later in the evening, you will find the same gentlemen now working on their tenth or eleventh Kingfisher, and if you’re lucky, they will have already made significant headway with a bottle of Red Label while dancing to loud Bollywood tunes. Of course you’ll find the occasional shocked Saudi tourist family that was unfortunate enough to book at the hotel (or the occasional Saudi tourist chugging drinks while his wife and kids are upstairs waiting in the room).Food: The same dish will have many different interpretations and variations depending on who’s the chef on duty and what ingredients are available in the kitchen that day. Half the items on the menu will not be available so try not to stray too much from the chicken curry, which as mentioned above, will have different variations.Service: slow service and you’ll have to wear light clothing as the A/C in the place doesn’t work properly.Pricing: prices do not make any sense. A cup of almost undrinkable coffee costs more than the food items on the menu.

Tried their iftar buffet which included indian and arabic cuisine, the spread was decent about 5-6 main course dishes to choose from. I must say that their food is pretty good! For starters we had : lentil/chicken sweet corn soup – main course : pasta in white sauce, baked fish in white sauce, biriyani and chicken curry!! service was quick and i’d say we had a good time!
