Probably the best location pick in HIA. High-Five to that.We all know how nervous you will be when travelling, especially when going to see the family. Other cafes around HIA are mainly located by the duty free circular. This is a bit further and located within the boarding gates area. I find this very useful since while I am on duty free my mind is just focused in purchasing and rush to the gates to avoid queues. I won’t even bother looking for a cafe around when in DF and always look forward to JC for a coffee, sandwich and a mind of reading my favorite book which waiting for the gate to open. Their coffees are good, so does the hot chocolates. I usually avoid eating while waiting for a flight but I try JC sandwiches worthy trying, especially the tuna and cheese with a nice latte. Not the best coffees I had but can give the credits for their coffee and milk balance in lattes and cappuccinos. Staff should be more proactive in my opinion. Usually a cafe in an airport is not a typical cafe. There are different type of people and not everyone knows about coffee. Staff should be proactive more and give them a head start to choose a decent drink. I had couple of experience where people came without knowing what to drink and didn’t see much support from staff on that case. Overall a good cafe and I will be a continuous customer.
