I have been a regular guest for Marhaba Restaurant – The Royal Riviera Hotel for the last 4 years. It’s my awesome resultant and hotel to stay in with my family. The whole staff was trained at high-level qualifications, the management is very very helpful and cooperated with the guests and available upon request. Personally, I’m always recommended this restaurant to anybody want to enjoy his meal with amazing atmosphere.
If there was a lower rate I would have given. The place is below average. First, non smokers are left outside the lounge beside the elevator which is so lame. Second, no variety at all, seriously I have been to cheaper restaurants and they have offered way way way more than this. Third, service is ok but you need to tell them to refill the items that finishes. The food quality is very bad considering that this is a 4 stars hotel. Finally, the big shock was when the bill came and we informed them that we want to use Entertainer. The price announced by their reception is 80 QR per person but in fact they have charged us double the price because according to them we are using the Entertainer. Their manager tried to cheer us by offering coffee to all the 8 of us but we were not happy at all and we won’t be coming back and will make sure to escalate this to the customer protection authority.
I highly recommend this restaurant. The shisha is very good and the desserts are very delicious.The staff is very polite, helpfull and always smiling, especially Annabelle. She checked on us twice during the time we were there and also solved a mistake on the bill professionally and cordialy.You will walk out of this restaurant very happy and satistfied.Zahwa.
The worst place for the amount they charge 70 war per person after offer.Food has no taste and sweet is not really sweetWon’t recommend to waste your money and time
