Staff are not accommodating and friendly. Has no clear rules when using Urban Point and Entertainer. Disrespectful with us when requested to split the bill. Not honest when asked them if we can use both Urban Point and Entertainer at the same time, they said yes, when it was time for the bill they changed their rules. Very disappointed with the Filipino crews. And service was really slow.
Apart from a premier ambience yet affordable coffee shop situated at the glittering West Bay, Mokarabia offered the top of the line latte that most of their customer favorite. I tried their Spanish latte with Lady Swan. Ambience is picture perfect, every corner is insta-worthy. Books are everywhere too, perfect place for studious person as well.
My place to go to when I need a quick desert or coffee. Love the ambience, both outdoors and indoors. My husband loved their chairs (lol) as being really comfy.Recommendations;Spanish Latte, Digestive Crepes, Chocolate Crepes, and Profiteers. I would love for them to have more options in desert though.
Very nice welcoming early morning had a cup coffee just before go to work with a nice freshly backed cake relaxing atmosphere friendly service it is my favorite place for coffee
I love the Macaron 12 pieces only for 12QR with a nice cup of cappuccino Monte bianco for sour they have a very friendly staff with a nice atmosphere I love it
