As the name of the retaurant it self; they are very well known for steaming live sports. Mainly football league games. Yesterday I was here for the UCL finale but unfortunetly it was full. They offered suhoor buffet for the guests for minimum price. And mostly healty a d nutritious menu was served.
We wanted to watch the champions league in Arabic but it was in English so we told the floor Manager to change the commentary. But he said there is three or four people out of 150 that want to keep it in English. The problem was that the floor manager had a very bad personality because he asked one guy that is not Arab.
Friendly staff except for the floor manager who was very rude and refused to change the commentary of the champions league 2nd half between barcelona and liverpool from english to arabic knowing that the first half was in english commentary. In addition 90% of the people watching were arabs. We are in an arabic country, we should respect the culture of the country and people visiting the place not just to satiafy few people.This is not professional at all, i will not visit this place again knowing that i used to be a regular guest and love the place and i take ezdan hotel as a residency since long time ago.Please teach your staff to be more flexible in order to preserve your customers and increase your market share.
I went there to watch a champions league match. The place is amazing they have many screens with two very big ones, they were displaying two matches at the same time. The decorating theme is really nice and gives a feel of being on the field. So atmosphere ( 5/5)Now let’s talk about the food, I tried the linguini marinara pasta with cream sauce it was really good and tasty it has some seafood like shrimps which gave it a really nice look and taste. (4/5)Also tried the chicken pizza which was really disappointing the chicken tasted dry and the dough was really thin ( 2.5/5)Anyway looking forward to come back again and maybe try their burger next time hoping it will be good.
